What Is Mesotherapy?
Developed in 1952 by French physician Dr. Michel Pistor, mesotherapy involves the direct administration of active ingredients into the mesoderm (subcutaneous connective tissue) layer using very fine needles and in small doses. This approach ensures that active ingredients reach high concentrations in the target tissue while minimizing systemic side effects.

Hair Mesotherapy
In androgenetic alopecia, the most common cause of hair loss, hair follicles experience a reduction in oxygen and nutrient supply. Hair mesotherapy slows down miniaturization and stimulates hair follicles by directly injecting growth factors and nutrients into them.
Cellulite and Localized Fat Treatment
Formulations containing phosphatidylcholine support localized fat reduction by breaking down the adipocyte (fat cell) membrane. For cellulite treatment, formulations that accelerate lymphatic flow and improve the quality of connective tissue are preferred.
- A mild burning sensation and slight swelling at the injection sites are normal during the procedure
- It tightens within 24–48 hours after the procedure
- The use of sunscreen is recommended
- You should avoid strenuous physical activity for 24 hours
Who Is Not Eligible?
Mesotherapy is not recommended for individuals who are pregnant, have an active infection, have a bleeding disorder, or are allergic to the sclerotherapy solution. A comprehensive medical history is taken before the first session.
